• By participating in this giveaway, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  
• Prize has been kindly donated by AllergEnd.
• Prize is a $500 voucher to spend on products and shipping from AllergEnd online store (www.allergend.com.au).
• Value of prize is $500.
• Entry is open to Australian residents.
• ausEE Inc. volunteers are permitted to enter the giveaway providing they are not involved in the drawing or administration of the giveaway.
• There are three ways to enter this giveaway with multiple entries possible for additional chances to win: 

1. Purchase a Gingerbread House Kit through ausEE Inc. Gingerbread House Drive via the Gingerbread Folk online fundraising page. Entry is automatic with one entry for each gingerbread house kit ordered between 1 October and 30 November 2022 (multiple entries possible if more than one kit is ordered by the same household).
2. Using the kit, create your own Gingerbread House masterpiece and share a photo with us by email to admin@ausee.org by midnight AEST on 31 December 2022 for an additional entry in the draw. One entry per kit.
3. Print, colour-in and make our ausEE Gingerbread House template downloadable from the ausEE website and share a photo with us by email to admin@ausee.org by midnight AEST on 31 December 2022 for an entry in the draw. One entry per child/individual. People who have also purchased a gingerbread house kit may also participate and receive a bonus entry in the draw. 

• By submitting a photo, ausEE is granted permission to share the photo in its promotions to help raise awareness. All photos are to be submitted by a parent/carer.
• By entering this giveaway you will be added to ausEE's newsletter distribution list so we can keep you informed. You can unsubscribe at any time and this will not affect your entry into the giveaway.
• We respect your privacy and will not disclose your details to any third party except for providing the winners details to the prize donor so that the prize can be awarded.
• If you would like to support the ausEE Christmas Fundraiser but not be entered into the giveaway prize draw please email admin@ausee.org to opt-out of the draw.
  
• In the event that a person under 18 years of age wins the giveaway, claiming the prize must be arranged and agreed to by their parent, carer or guardian.
  
• Online orders for Gingerbread House Kits are open from 1 October 2022 and close midnight AEDT on 30 November 2022.
• Giveaway commences 1 October 2022 and closes on midnight AEST on 31 December 2022.
• Prize will be drawn using random picker on 2 January 2023 and winner will be notified by email. In order to claim the prize you must respond to the Promoter within 30 days of being notified that you have won the prize stating that you wish to claim the prize.
• Results will be published on ausEE’s facebook page and on our website Christmas Fundraiser page. By entering the competition, you agree to such publication.
• Delivery of the prize will be a gift voucher supplied by email and issued by AllergEnd after the giveaway has been drawn.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
  
• The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 2 February 2023 using random picker. The winner of any redraw will be notified by email.
• The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
  
• The Promoter will not be responsible for any other costs associated with the prize.
• The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, none of the Promoter, the Prize Donor or their respective agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants or the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in this fundraiser or taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway.
• This giveaway is being promoted across social media but it is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
• For followers of our social media pages, please be vigilant as giveaways are being targeted by scams impersonating the promoter’s social media accounts. Please do not click any links in messages or comments. We will never create an alternate account to connect with Facebook followers to announce giveaway winners, share links or to ask for personal details via direct message.
